    Sometimes it is very hard to balance it all out. Stress can cause a lot of health issues. I have a lot of trouble dealing with stress too. I am trying to do the things that I know will help. I think that vitamins can help a lot. It is so hard to eat a balanced diet and taking vitamins will help with that. Try to go for a walk when you can. Take a bubblebath and try to relax. I read a lot of good advice on this site…

    You are right exercise and eating right are a good start. also get a good nights sleep and you might want to try taking a short nap during they day – about 20 minutes.

    Set aside time to listen to music you like,read and do something creative such as writing,painting or puzzles. Probably some of the best things you can do is go to a movie ,go out to eat with a friend or join a new club/group to meet new people.

    Get a massage, try yoga or maybe acupuncture.

    Stress can cause real problems – so go to the doctor and get a check up, make sure to tell the doctor your concerns. Also if you can get to the cause of the stress – change the situation if possible. Don’t be afraid to talk to someone and get advice or seek out a professional therapist if the stress is just to much.

    to relieve stress, try to think about positive things, remember beautiful events you experienced.
    you can try auto-hypnosis, too, it can be very effective
    relaxing music, can help
    use anti-stress plants and herbs, it’s a natural way to cure stress
