I do it without thinking even. I am always stressed and full of anxiety. I have gained 30 lbs in 3 years because of stress eating. And I am always too tired to exercise.
Just think why are you stressed and what you can do about then say to yourself don’t eat! And of course do something to cool-off become unstressed and well yeah!
Have a bunch of fruits and veggies cleaned and ready to eat. Only have fruit and veggies… if you are going to chomp on something, better to be a celery stick than a potato chip.
Getting the fruit and veggies will also increase your energy level.
Come up with an alternative to eating. For example, every time y ou go into the kitchen to get something to eat, have a glass of water instead. Or keep going and get handcream out of your bedroom. or any othe ractivity. Think up a few and then do that when you find your self heading to the kitchen.
it can take 3 weeks to break a habit, so keep at it!
